Terms & Conditions:
- The customer have to present the original invoice including the purchase date from the company ( Warranty will start from the date of purchase), If the purchase invoice is not available with the customer, the warranty will be calculated by adding three months after the production date shown in the device’s serial number.
- The Warranty period shall be as per below warranty term table
- Authorized service centres have the right to change spare parts during the maintenance process with original parts (supplied by the manufacturer ), regardless of the country of manufacture.
- Th is Limited Warranty covers the Product for warranty service only within the country where the Product was originally purchased and only covers Products purchased as new
- If the unit has been dismantled or repaired by any unauthorized person during the warranty period, the warranty will be void and cannot be claimed.
- This warranty does not cover the defect or malfunction resulting from :
- Physical damage The damages caused by fire, accident or any natural disaster, damaged due to mishandling, wear & tear, voltage fluctuations, wrong installation , commercial use , operating the device in a manner contrary to what is mentioned in manual operation of the device ,if the repairs has been attempted by unauthorized person(s), installations and modifications made to comply with local voltage requirements broadcast system and other safety or technical standards .
- Use of non-original spare parts and accessories.
- Scrape or change the serial number of the product.
- Scrape or change the product invoice or warranty card.
- Loss the purchasing invoice.
- Accessories and consumable parts in the customer’s hands, such as handles, switches, shelves, stands, cables, mounting legs …. etc.
- This warranty does not apply outside the Arab Republic of UAE, nor does it apply to products purchased by the customer from outside the Arab Republic of.
- Spare parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period in accordance with the terms and conditions, Spare parts are also provided at cost after the expiry of the specified warranty expires by 1 year.
- The defective parts/appliances that have been replaced will become property of Hisense and not delivered to the customer and are culled in accordance of the UAEian environmental law.
