Replacement Policy

  • 1、Policy & Terms:
    • The purchase invoice should be within 1 year from the date of purchase (warranty period).
    • The panel should not have any physical damage /dent/panel scratches /liquid spill.

     

  • 2、Replacement will be provided under the following conditions:2.1 DOA (Dead on Arrival):
    • Applicable only when a technical defect is verified and confirmed by the Hisense service team within 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • RMA due to DOA will be provided only after inspection and verification by the Hisense service team, with a technical report submitted to the Hisense Technical Department for review and approval.
    • If the customer refuses inspection, or if dealers/sellers replace the product without Hisense approval, the RMA case will be closed immediately, and no further action will be taken.

    2.2 Unrepairable Cases:•

    Products that cannot be repaired within the warranty period are eligible for RMA.
